Please keep in mind transactions take a minimum of 3 days to process. If your penalty date is within those 3 days, you will be charged penalties (if applicable).

What is OptionPay?
 
OptionPay is a payment card system the RM of Stuartburn uses for its online credit card transactions. You can find out more information about OptionPay by visiting their website HERE.
 
Is there an added fee for using OptionPay to pay my RM of Stuartburn bills with my credit card?
 
Yes. All transactions carried out through OptionPay follow a tiered fee schedule, starting at a minimum fee of $2.00. To see the full fee schedule for using this payment option, please visit their fee schedule HERE.
 
Why is there an added fee to pay with a credit card?
 
The fees are administered through the OptionPay program for the use of the service and through the RM of Stuartburn.
 
Is my credit card/information secure with this program?
 
OptionPay provides information on their security measures here (https://www.optionpay.ca/security.php). Please note that the RM of Stuartburn takes no responsibility for, and accepts no liability, in the event of security breaches, technical difficulties, or other issues that may arise from your use of OptionPay. All users accept responsibility for their use of this service and do so at their own risk.

For assistance in finding the information required to make your payments online, please see the information below. If you are making a payment for something other than the items listed below, please contact the office so that we can ensure you have all of the proper information required.
 
Property Tax Payments - Please use your ROLL NUMBER when entering payment information for your property taxes. This can be found on your property tax bill. If you have questions please call the office, 204-425-3218.
 
Accounts Receivable - To make a payment for an Accounts Receivable  invoice, please include the ACCOUNT NUMBER and INVOICE NUMBER. If you have questions about an A/R invoice please call the office, 204-425-3218.
 
Building/Development Permits - If you would like to explore options to pay for a Building Permit online by credit card, please contact us, 204-425-3218, to generate a Permit Number for your payment.
 
Licenses - To make a payment for a License, please include the LICENSE TYPE and the LICENSE NUMBER. If you have questions please contact us, 204-425-3218.
