Online Credit Card Payments
The RM of Stuartburn offers residents and ratepayers the convenience of making online credit card payments through the secure OptionPay system. This service allows for safe and efficient payment of municipal accounts using select credit cards (fees apply through a third-party provider).
Please note that all online transactions require a minimum of three (3) business days to process. Payments submitted within three days of a penalty deadline may still be subject to applicable penalties.

Service Fees
A service fee is applied to all transactions processed through OptionPay. Fees are administered by the payment provider and are calculated on a tiered structure, starting at a minimum fee of $2.00.

Please use your ROLL NUMBER as it appears on your property tax notice.

Please include your ACCOUNT NUMBER and INVOICE NUMBER when submitting payment.
Building and Development Permits
To pay a permit fee online, please contact the Municipal Office to obtain a valid Permit Number prior to payment.
Licenses
Please include your LICENSE TYPE and LICENSE NUMBER when making payment.
