Regular Council Meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m., unless otherwise posted. Meetings take place at the RM of Stuartburn Municipal Office and are open to the public in accordance with municipal procedures and applicable legislation.
Delegations to Council
Individuals or groups wishing to appear before Council as a delegation must submit a written request by email to or by completing the Delegation Request Form.
Delegation requests must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the Friday preceding the scheduled Tuesday Council meeting. Council agendas close at noon on the Friday prior to each meeting.
Where attending in person is not feasible, delegations may have the opportunity to present remotely via zoom, subject to administrative approval and scheduling.
