LOVE MY COMMUNITY CHALLENGE

The Healthy Living Team would like to invite your organization, group, or business to participate in the Love My Community challenge! Love My Community Day was created by a group of students at Roseau Valley School in Southern Manitoba to spread kindness, create joy, and build relationships with community of all ages. The goal is to think of small things that we can do that help ourselves and others take care of our mental well-being! The Healthy Living Team wants to spread the movement throughout the region and encourage all community organizations, groups, and businesses to complete a project.

See details of the initiative and examples in the below poster link. Projects can take place between March 17th and May 10th, 2026. Once the project blitz is over, we would like to feature your organization, group, or business by creating a video to share how far the initiative has spread throughout the region and highlight projects to inspire others! We would love to see what you do in your community!

All organizations in Southern Health Santé-Sud are welcome to share their stories. Because we all have MENTAL HEALTH!
